My planned recording has disappeared
If it is a programme you had scheduled, then this will be removed from the 'Planned' filter once it is recorded and added to you main Recordings screen are. If you’ve set a series to record only episodes showing in the next 7 days will be shown in that 'Planned’ filter.
If it is a case that the recording you've set is not showing on any filter, try recording the same programme again (or a different programme) to check that the recording functionality is working properly.
If the problem persists, we recommend you reboot your Box by pressing the Power button on your Freesat Box for 5 seconds. If you are still experiencing recording issues, please contact our Customer Service team.
