The app / a specific feature isn’t working. What can I do?
If you are having performance issues with the Freesat mobile app, try the following alternatives to try to fix it:
Check your phone has the most up to date OS version as the app may not support older software versions.
If that doesn’t work, uninstall the Freesat app and turn your phone off for 5 minutes. Turn the phone back on and download and install the Freesat app again.
Due to a change to our internal systems, Freesat ID accounts have been removed from our platform from early June 2024. As a result of this change, the Remote Record feature on Freesat Mobile Apps on iOS and Android will no longer function. For more information please visit our service update.
