Nordic crime drama Black Widows makes its free-to-view UK debut
What is Black Widows all about?
The show starts with three best friends, Rebeka, Johanne and Kira, who go on holiday with their husbands who all happen to work together. However, the trip gets off to an explosive start when the husbands go out on a boating trip, only for the boat to blow up, leaving all three of them presumed dead.
Their widows raise a toast and hope to carry on their lives in peace and quiet, but not everyone believes it was an accident and a police investigation begins, quickly revealing the dark secrets behind each marriage... But instead of the idyllic lives the widows hoped for, they’re dragged further into a world of lies, secrets, and crime.
