When will I get my refund?

Once your return or order cancellation has been confirmed we will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you. 

You can expect your refund to show within the account of the original payment card within 3 to 5 working days.

If your refund does not appear in your account within 10 days please contact our customer team who will be able to assist with your enquiry.
