1. THESE TERMS
1.1 What these terms cover. Freesat (Freesat (UK) Limited) is offering customers a (one) Freesat recordable 4K TV Box (500GB) (“TV Box”) if the customer purchases, connects to and goes live with a qualifying TalkTalk (TalkTalk Telecom Limited) broadband contract (the “Promotion”). These are the terms and conditions under which we will supply the TV Box to customers as part of the Promotion.
1.2 Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully before applying to enter the Promotion. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide the TV box to you, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss.
1.3 UK only. The Promotion is available to customers aged 18 and above resident in the United Kingdom only (for the avoidance of doubt, this excludes residents of the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man).
1.4 Qualifying for the Promotion. The TV Box will only be delivered to a customer who wishes to take up the Promotion if they submit an order to TalkTalk for a qualifying TalkTalk broadband contract, pass all applicable TalkTalk credit and technical checks and connect to and go live with the broadband service. For details on the qualifying TalkTalk broadband contracts please visit the Promotion’s webpage on TalkTalk’s website www.talktalk.co.uk/freesat

The Promotion is not available via any other TalkTalk webpage and the purchase journey must be completed via the specified link. In addition, the Promotion cannot be entered into in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
1.6 Timing of Promotion. The Promotion will run from 22 February 2021 until 31 March 2021. The Promotion is subject to availability and Freesat reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice
