Cosmetically, there may be some minor scratches but these should be minimal, barely perceptible and will not have any impact on the box’s performance. A refurbished Freesat 4K TV Box was a pre-owned or returned order. However, it has gone through a rigorous testing process as our brand new devices do, so any faulty part found is repaired or replaced. They still come with the same 1 year warranty.

We will offer you either an exchange or refund if you inform us of a fault with the product within 30 days of the date of delivery. Please note that if you have purchased a refurbished product through the Freesat Webstore and a fault with the product has been drawn to your attention in the description in the product page listing, then, unless your product suffers a different fault, you will (i) not be able to return the product as faulty on the grounds of the pre-disclosed fault; and (ii) you will need to return the product in accordance with the terms of clause 9 if you decide you do not want the product.
